To feel physically & mentally at ease, content and empowered. That is ultimately what yoga did and still does for me. And that is my ambition towards others.
My main focus is mental health and healing through yoga.
I work on a day to day basis helping others release the past and its influence in our day to day lives. So mental wellbeing and wellness. This is not about being positive all the time, it’s about being honest and real with yourself. So learning to be with your thoughts and emotions wtithout trying to escape them. And through better self knowledge, you can reach self mastery.
