This 1 month program...

...is a stepping stone for a bigger work and will offer you plenty of methods to continue on your own if you would choose to. For now, I am here for and with you.

The subconscious mind dictates most of our choices. Meaning the majority of our physical patterns stem from a place unknown to us. In other words, we can’t talk our way out of past experiences. We might cognitively remember it, but the body stores it. So here we start looking into the arena of possibilities. Remember though, this is not therapy. It’s me giving you practices, tools, methods so you can start to have a more honest and less intimidating relationship with your body, ultimately your home. And from that place, start to feel more at ease with yourself and life.

It doesn’t matter what baggage you come with. The intention is to repair the nervous system, but in a gentle way. When we do things too fast, it often backfires. So let’s not. What helped me to liberate myself from my past is what I offer you. Emphasis here though is on personal responsibility. I am not here to “fix you”. I am here to show you the door. You will have to take your own steps passing through. There is no healing without self accountability. Just as I cannot exercise for you, I cannot sleep and recover for you, I cannot do this work for you either. No one but you can. Which makes all this sooooooo empowering!

The structure:

  • An introduction about the program. Q & A.
  • Three 30 minutes online classes a week.
  • Two 60 minutes online classes.
  • A workshop about the nervous system, the breath and mental health.
  • A program manual with instructions and exercises.
  • Home practices. 
  • Online conversations (if you want to dialogue with me about your steps).
